FTEN
our lives, relationships, and the world about us are fragmented and splintered in
ways that seem irreconcilable. Many of us affirm a Presence in which all that is
estranged will be united, all that is broken made whole.
Emmanuel Church, a parish of the Anglican Communion in the
Diocese of Massachusetts of the Episcopal Church in the United States, is but one
place among many to creatively wait, passionately desire, and actively work for the
peaceable reign to prevail. We happen to think it is a great place. We invite you to
join us.
If you don’t want to commit to a particular denomination
or affirm the creeds of the Church, please know that many people who worship here
feel likewise. Come as you are and whenever you wish, whether to reconnect with your
spiritual roots, acknowledge remorse, hand over a burden, relax in the beauty of our
space, or experience the enchantment of our music and liturgy. Whatever the reason,
our welcome is extended.
